So thankful for you reaching out immediately after I placed my order to let me know that the arrangement I selected online was not available. The arrangement you delivered in its place was absolutely gorgeous. Also, the delivery person (Chris?) also reached out to me to let me know that noone was home to accept the flowers. He was very patient while I called my elderly aunt to open the door. He was a complete gentleman and brought her birthday flowers inside when he saw she needed help. Thank you so much for going above & beyond! You helped make her birthday special!!
