Aunt Mela and uncle Paul loved the flower arrangement that you made and delivered the day before Thanksgiving. I appreciate how you help me out in doing that over the phone and and being so efficient in every aspect of the order. Keep up the great work.

Living out of the area, Chita's has delivered, once again, a beautiful arrangement to family. And with technology being what it is, I am excited to see an actual picture, myself!! Thank you, Chita's for delivering exactly when you said you would and with such creativity! I'll be ordering again! Michelle from Victorville

The flowers are so beautiful!! I am extremely impressed with the customer service! Sergio was great and accommodating. I live in Fresno and like to use local florist because the arrangements are usually way better. I am so happy with this florist and will be using them again in the future!!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, it's temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
