We strive to provide a bouquet as gorgeous and as similar to the photo provided however, there may be minor substitutions.
Our designer will create a gorgeous centerpiece that will have a mix of holiday flowers plus pine cones, ornaments and holiday greens to fill the house with the holiday scent.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

You were so wonderful and gracious. You called me back long distance TWICE! You were very kind to call me when the recipient did not answer the door and you wanted to make sure it was OK to leave the arrangement. I have used you for years, and I will continue to use you!
