Pre-order (orders placed 24+ hrs.) delivered between 9AM-1PM
Non Pre Order (placed the night before or morning of) delivered between 1-5PM
Orders placed after 2PM the same day are delivered between 4PM-7:00PM
Funeral orders are delivered 1 hour prior to the service time (Church Svc, are 30 min prior)
NO Hospital, Rancho Los Amigos or Casino deliveries Please.
Our designer will choose a beautiful mix of roses, chrysanthemums, daisies, plus more with any of the upgrades. Colors, and flowers will be chosen for each order that best fits the occasion.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Gorgeous arrangement and absolutely beautiful flowers! Service was exceptional and the delivery surprise and timing was perfect. I listed some preferences and favorites and left it up to Chita to incorporate and she did amazing. My Mom LOVED her birthday bouquet!
