I ordered flowers for a dear friend in the hospital. Chita's contacted me immediately to tell me that the hospital has restrictions on delivery and instructed me how my loved one could receive their bouquet. I was so grateful for their concern and kindness. They also reached out to me when the bouquet was delivered and advised me that in fact my loved one would be receiving their flowers immediately. Again, above and beyond for these lovely and generous people to make sure I felt confident that my loved one would have their beautiful bouquet! I cannot express how thankful I am to Chita's Floral Designs for their wonderful customer service and amazingly talented designers! My loved one was overjoyed with the beautiful arrangement! They brought so much happiness to my loved one and to me as well!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!
