The arrangement for my aunt’s funeral was lovely but the picture on the website showed pink roses and the one delivered was lavender. I was disappointed because my mother really wanted pink which was my aunt’s favorite color. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Alicia, I did use the roses as in the original photo but I added extra roses as a free upgrade because I had them available. so instead of designing you a Deluxe value, I gave you a premium value. They are both blush pink/mauve tones, not lavender. Sorry if it threw off the color pallete for you. In the future I will be more careful to stick to what the customer ordered, instead of adding the free upgrades. My apologies.
